June 15,2005 <br /> PUBLIC HEARING—COUNCIL BILL NO.0505-17 <br /> President Krell opened a public hearing regarding Council Bill No.0505- <br /> 17,a proposed ordinance relating to Junk and Inoperable Motor Vehicle <br /> Abatement. <br /> Leslie Tidball,Assistant City Attorney,gave a brief oversew of the <br /> proposed ordinance. <br /> President Krell invited public comment.There was no response. <br /> Moved by Council Member Overstreet,seconded by Council Member <br /> Nielsen to close the public hearing. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Member 001loe who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> COUNCIL BILL NO 0505-17 <br /> THIRD AND FINAL READING: <br /> AN ORDINANCE relating to Junk and Inoperable Motor Vehicle <br /> Abatement,amending Sections 1,2,3,4,and 10 of Ordinance <br /> No. 233898 (EMC Sections 8.22.010, 8.22.020, 8.22.030, <br /> 8.22.040,and 8.22.100)and repealing Sections 6 and 7 of <br /> Ordinance No.233898(EMC Sections 8.22.060 and 8.22.070) <br /> Moved by Council Member Nielsen,seconded by Council Member Olson <br /> that this is declared to be the third and final reading of Council Bill No. <br /> 0505-17 and the City Clerk is directed to call the roll for the final <br /> disposition of the ordinance. <br /> 175 <br />
