June 20,2005 <br /> AGREEMENT—CAMP PATTERSON DAY CAMP <br /> Moved by Council Member Nielsen,seconded by Council Member <br /> Stonecipher to authorize the Mayor to sign an Interlocal agreement <br /> with the State of Washington Department of Social and Health <br /> Services(USSR)to enable the State to reimburse the City for <br /> registration funds which cover the Camp Patterson Day Camp <br /> program for special needs children through 2006. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Members Gipson and Overstreet who were excused. <br /> Motion carded. <br /> RESOLUTION—ABATEMENT OF VIOLATIONS/4511 COLBY <br /> Moved by Council Member Satins,seconded by Council Member <br /> Nielsen to adopt Resolution No.5642 congnning expenses Incurred <br /> by the City of Everett while performing abatement of violations,and <br /> authorizing placement of a lien In the amount of 517,272.10 against <br /> the property known as 4511 Colby Avenue in the City of Everett, <br /> Washington. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Members Gipson and Overstreet who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT AMENDED—SOUTH PRECINCT EMERGENCY <br /> OPERATIONS CENTER <br /> Moved by Council Member Olson,seconded by Council Member <br /> Nielsen to authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No.2 to the <br /> professional services agreement with Coffman Engineers in the <br /> 184 <br />
