The <br /> property is currently a parking lot located on Casino Road adjacent to the <br /> Dunn Lumber Company.Pictures of the property were shown.The Land <br /> Use Hearing Examiner has recommended approval of the rezone and no <br /> one has voiced objection to the rezone. <br /> Michael Morgan,applicant representable,voiced that Verizon is in <br /> concurrence with any recommendations. <br /> 210 <br />
