She stated that it is important <br /> that the City Council meetings are not only fair in fact but also fair in <br /> appearance.She questioned whether any council member knows of any <br /> conflict of Interest that he or she might have with any of the matters before <br /> us,items 7 through 18,on the council agenda.Council Member Nielsen <br /> stated that he will be recusing himself with regard to item 12,the <br /> Providence Everett Medical Center expansion.She questioned whether <br /> any member of the audience has any objections to any council members <br /> pardcipation on the matters before us,items 7 through 18,on the council <br /> • <br /> agenda.There was no response. <br /> 220 <br />
