She repoded that there is money in the <br /> endowment fund to cover any future maintenance. <br /> President Krell explained that the artist is Georgia Gerber.The value of <br /> the anonymous donation is approximately$100,000 and a great <br /> contribution to downtown.She thanked the anonymous donor <br /> President Krell acknowledged Wendy Becker's efforts with the downtown <br /> temporary sculptures program. <br /> CITY ATTORNEY <br /> Jim Iles,City Attorney,requested en executive session regarding two <br /> litigation matters and one real estate matter.
