August 10.20(5 <br /> of$142,374.60 including Washington State sales tax as received at <br /> the bid opening held at 2 p.m.,June 21,2005. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Member Hallee who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT AMENDED—NORTH EVERETT TRANSIT CENTER <br /> Moved by Council Member Olson,seconded by Council Member <br /> Overstreet to authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No.1 to the <br /> professional services agreement with INCA Engineers In the amount <br /> of$134,558.00 to extend the time of performance from August 1, <br /> 2005 to December 31,2005 and expand the scope of work to reach <br /> 30%of design. <br /> Roll was celled with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Member Halloe who was excused. <br /> Motion carded. <br /> BID AWARD—EVERETT MALL STATION DRIVER'S <br /> FACILITY/CUSTOMER SERVICE BUILDING <br /> Moved by Council Member Nielsen,seconded by Council Member <br /> Stonecipher that the contract for The Everett Mall Station Drivers' <br /> Facility and Customer Service Building be awarded to the lowest <br /> responsive bidder,S.D.Deacon,Bellevue,WA,based upon their unit <br /> prices bid for an estimated total of$163,003.00 plus Washington <br /> State sales tax as received at the bid opening held at 2 p.m.,July 26, <br /> 2005. <br /> 262 <br />
