September],2005 <br /> fiscal year 2005 to purchase equipment and software for the Patrol <br /> and Records Divisions and the Office of Professional Standards. <br /> Roll wascalled with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> MembeNielsen who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> PUBLIC HEARING—VACATION/PORTION OF MAIN STREET <br /> President Krell opened a public hearing regarding the proposed vacation <br /> of a portion of Main Street lying east of South 2 Avenue. <br /> President Krell invited public comment.Them was no response. <br /> Moved by Council Member Gipson,seconded by Council Member <br /> Overstreet to close the public hearing. <br /> Roll was <br /> called with all cn ncil members voting yes except Council <br /> MemberNielsen who was excused. <br /> Motion carded. <br /> VACATION—PORTION OF MAIN STREET <br /> Moved by Council Member Gipson,seconded by Council Member <br /> Stonecipher to approve the vacation of all of that portion of Main <br /> Street lying east of South 2n°Avenue and adjacent to Blocks 19 and <br /> 22,Plat of the Town of Lowell,except that portion of Main Street <br /> vacated by Snohomish County on February 25,1952,and direct staff <br /> to prepare en ordinance subject to the conditions as contained in the <br /> staff reped. <br /> 293 <br />
