September 21,2005 <br /> AGREEMENT AMENDED—REHABILITATIONIWEYCO PIPELINE <br /> Moved by Council Member Nielsen,seconded by Council Member <br /> Stonecipher to authorize the Mayor to sign Supplement No.2 to the <br /> agreement with Carollo Engineers,P.C.to complete City requested <br /> design changes and to incorporate the rehabilitation of the Weyco <br /> pipeline into the bid documents for an additional cost of$51,405.00. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> RESOLUTION—NATIONAL INCIDENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM <br /> Moved by Council Member Nielsen,seconded by Council Member <br /> Stonecipher to adopt Resolution No.5678 designating the National <br /> Incident Management System as the basis for all incident <br /> management in the City of Everett and that it will be City policy to <br /> train employees and public officials in the National Incident <br /> Management System. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> COUNCIL BILL NO.0509-50 <br /> SECOND READING: <br /> AN ORDINANCE amending and closing the special construction <br /> fund entitled"Downtown Police Headquarters—Second Floor West <br /> Wing Remodel,'Fund 342,Program 008.as established by <br /> Ordinance No.2749-04 <br /> 316 <br />
