September 28.2005 <br /> The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was <br /> wee <br /> Chamberslled to other at 8,30 <br /> Everett <br /> m.September 28,2005,in City <br /> City Hall,President Krell presiding.Upon roll call it was found that Mayor <br /> Stephenson;Council Members Krell,Olson,Ha0oe,Gipson.Stonecipher <br /> and Overstreet were present.Council Member Nielsen was excused. <br /> Mayor Stephenson led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> The minutes of the September 21,2005 City Council meeting were <br /> approved as printed. <br /> MAYOR <br /> PROCLAMATION <br /> Mayor Stephenson proclaimed October 3 through October 7,2005 as <br /> "Hate Crimes Awareness Week.. Mayor Stephenson presented the <br /> proclamation to Kinuko Noborikawa,Communities of Color Coalition of <br /> Snohomish County. <br /> VISITORS <br /> e <br /> Mayor ne ent Live 44S Disttrict,for their sugnRed John ppok and Hans Dunshee,rt rt of our community and their e <br /> Representatives, PPo <br /> district. <br /> CITY COUNCIL <br /> Council Member Overstreet stated that he attended an Economic <br /> Development District Board meeting on behalf of Mayor Stephenson.He <br /> remarked that the meeting included passage of the prosperity partnership <br /> goals. <br /> Council Member Gipson reported on his attendance at a Philippine <br /> American Performing Arts event at the V.F.W.tie stated that he will be <br /> leaving the City Council meeting at 9 a.m. <br /> 318 <br />
