• <br /> September 28,2005 <br /> COUNCIL BILL NO.05091 <br /> THIRD AND FINAL READING: <br /> MI ORDINANCE of the City of Everett,Washington,authorizing <br /> the issuance of water and sewer revenue bonds of the City In <br /> the principal amount of not to exceed$30,000,000.00 for the <br /> purpose of paying the cost of acquiring,constructing and <br /> Installing certain additions and betterments to,and extensions <br /> of,the City's water and sewer system;establishing certain F <br /> covenants;reserving the right to issue revenue bonds on a <br /> parity with the bonds herein authorized upon compliance with <br /> certain conditions;providing the form and official statement <br /> providing for the disposition of the proceeds of sale; <br /> approving an agreement for ongoing disclosure and <br /> delegating authority to approve the final terms of said bonds <br /> Moved by Council Member Hatloe.seconded by Council Member <br /> Stonecipher that this is declared to be the third and final reading of <br /> Council Bill No.0509.51. <br /> Tom Thetford,Public Works.gave a brief overview of the proposed bond <br /> sale. <br /> The City Clerk was directed to call the roll for the final disposition of the <br /> ordinance. <br /> AYES: Krell,Olson.Ratios,Gipson,Stonecipher,Overstreet <br /> NAYS: None <br /> EXCUSED:Nielsen <br /> Ordinance No.2870-05 adopted. <br /> Council Member Gipson left the Council Chambers. <br /> 323 <br />
