November 2,2005 <br /> RESOLUTION—CLOSURE OF JUNCTION AVENUE CROSSING <br /> Moved by Council Member Stonecipher,seconded by Council <br /> Member Nielsen to adopt Resolution N0. 5695 declaring the <br /> immediate and permanent closure of the Junction Avenue Crossing <br /> of the Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad tracks. <br /> Roll was celled with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT—FIREFIGHTER TRAINING <br /> Moved by Council Member Olson,s onded by Council Member <br /> Stonecipher to authorize the Mayor to sign a letter of agreement with <br /> the Snc-Isle Canter for educational services,equipment and facilities <br /> for firefighter training through June 30,2006. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> PUBLIC HEARING—COUNCIL BILL N0.0510-57 <br /> President Krell opened a public hearing regarding Council Bill No.0510- <br /> 57,a proposed ordinance levying the general taxes for the City of Everett <br /> for fiscal year commencing January 1,2006,on all taxable property,both <br /> mal and personal,subject to taxation thereon. <br /> Debra Bryant,Chief Financial Ofcer/Execut'e Director,gave a brief <br /> overview of the proposed ordinance. <br /> President Krell invited public comment.Them was no response. <br /> 365 <br />
