• <br /> December 21,2005 <br /> The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to order at 6:30 <br /> p.m.,December 21,2005,In the City Council Chambers of the Everett <br /> City Hell,President Krell presiding.Upon roll call it was found that Mayor <br /> Stephenson and Council Members Krell,Olson,Hatloe,Gipson,Nielsen, <br /> end Stonecipher were present Council Member Overstreet was excused. <br /> Council Member Nielsen led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> The minutes of the December 14,2005 City Council meeting were <br /> approved as printed. <br /> MAYOR <br /> Mayor Stephenson stated that he had attended a Philippino-American <br /> Christmas event at Floral Hell and the Glenwood-Seahurst <br /> Neighborhood's holiday pally. <br /> CITY COUNCIL <br /> Council Member Gipson invited everyone to a dinner at the Women's <br /> Gospel Mission on Friday,December 23,2005. <br /> CITY ATTORNEY <br /> City Attorney Iles requested an executNe session regarding onereal <br /> estate matter,one litigation matter,one personnel matter,end a labor <br /> matter.The session Is expected to last approximately one hour with no <br /> anticipated announcement to follow. <br /> CONSENT ITEMS: <br /> Moved by Council Member Gipson,seconded by Council Member <br /> Hatloe to approve the following consent agenda items: <br /> 424 <br />
