January 25.2006 <br /> PUBLIC HEARING—ALLEY VACATION <br /> President Stonecipher opened a public hewing regarding the vacation of <br /> a podion of the alley in the 3300 block lying between Norton and Grand <br /> Avenues. <br /> President Stonecipher invited public comment There was no response. <br /> Moved by Council Member Overstreet,seconded by Council Member <br /> Gipson to close the public hearing. <br /> Roll was <br /> celled with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> MemberRoyce who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> VACATION—ALLEY/3300 BLOCK <br /> Moved by Council Member Overstreet,seconded by Council Member <br /> Roberts to approve the vacation of a portion of the alley in the 3300 <br /> block lying between Norton and Grand Avenues,and direct staff to <br /> prepare an ordinance subject to the conditions contained In the staff <br /> report <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Member Naaoe who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> 24 <br />
