February 22,2006 <br /> PERMIT APPLICATION—WATER LINE/112TH STREET CROSSING I-5 <br /> Moved by Council Member Olson,seconded by Council Member <br /> Nielsen to authorize the Mayor or his designee to execute a permit <br /> application and any other document reasonably necessary to obtain <br /> a permit from the Washington State Department of Transportation for <br /> a 24 inch water line on 112 Street crossing Interstate 5. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Member Roberts who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT—DETOUR ROUTES <br /> Moved by Council Member Ration,seconded by Council Member <br /> Nielsen to authorize the Mayor to sign a detour agreement with the <br /> Washington State Department of Transportation for detour routes <br /> while the 41.Street and 1.5 Bridge Is under construction. <br /> Dave Davis.Public Works gave a brief slide presentation regarding the <br /> future revisions to the 41'I Street Interchange and the proposed detour <br /> mutes. Fle stated that allowing the existing bridge to be removed and <br /> Implementing the detour will save a significant amount of time in the <br /> construction process. <br /> John Lindstrom,1211 Rucker,questioned where the bike lane will be <br /> located on the revised 41a Stool Overcrossing. <br /> Roll was <br /> called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> MemberRoberts who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> 45 <br />
