February 22.2006 <br /> AYES: Olson,Hatloe,Gipson,Nielsen,Stonecipher, <br /> Overstreet <br /> NAYS: None <br /> EXCUSED: Roberts <br /> Ordinance No.2897-06 adopted. <br /> AGREEMENT—FOREST PARK SWIM CENTER <br /> Moved by Council Member Nielsen,seconded by Council Member <br /> Hatloe to authorize the Mayor to sign a professional services <br /> agreement with Pacific Engineering Technologies,Inc.in the amount <br /> of$20,000.00 to evaluate the damage to the Forest Park Swim <br /> Center. <br /> Roll was <br /> called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> MemberRoberts who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> PUBLIC HEARING—JOE ZEAB REZONE DEVELOPMENT <br /> President Stonecipher opened a public hearing regarding a proposed <br /> resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an amendment to the Joe <br /> Zlab Rezone Development agreement. <br /> Allan Gillen, Planning, gave a brief overview of the proposed <br /> amendments to the rezone development agreement.He stated that the <br /> changes were substantial enough that the Planning staff felt that it needed <br /> to go back to the Planning Commission and the City Council as required <br /> by the development agreement. <br /> Joe Zlab,3425 Norton Avenue,spoke regarding the reasons for the <br /> proposed changes.He explained that the original plan,which was for an <br /> apartment building,has been revised to construct condominiums. <br /> 47 <br />
