• <br /> March 15,2006 <br /> The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to order at 6:30 <br /> p.m.,March 15,2006 in the City Council Chambers of the Everett City <br /> Hall,President Stonecipher presiding. Upon roll call it was found that <br /> Mayor Stephenson and Council Members Roberts,Olson,Hatloe, <br /> Nielsen,Stonecipher and Overstreet were present. Council Member <br /> Gipson was excused. <br /> Mayor Stephenson led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> The minutes of the March 6,2006 City Council meeting were approved as <br /> printed.Council Members Hatoe and Overstreet abstained from the vote. <br /> MAYOR <br /> APPOINTMENT—BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br /> Moved by Council Member Olson,seconded by Council Member <br /> Roberts to concur with the appointment of Walter Greissinger,A.I.A., <br /> to Position No.3,Board of Adjustment,for the remainder of a six. <br /> year term ending December 31,2009. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Member Gipson who was excused. <br /> Motion carded. <br /> CITY ATTORNEY <br /> City Attorney Johnston requested an executive session regarding a <br /> litigation matter. The session Is expected to last approximately five <br /> minutes with no anticipated announcement to follow. <br /> 65 <br />
