April 5,2006 <br /> AGREEMENT—SNOHOMISH REGIONAL DRUG TASK FORCE <br /> Moved by Council Member Hatton,seconded by Council Member <br /> Nielsen to authorize the Mayor to sign an agreement with Snohomish <br /> County allowing the City of Everett to participate in the operation of <br /> the Snohomish Regional Drug Task Force. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Members Gipson and Stonecipher who were excused. <br /> Motion canted. <br /> AGREEMENT—PLACEMENT OF ANTENNAS/SERS TOWERS <br /> Moved by Council Member Overstreet,seconded by Council Member <br /> Nielsen to authorize the Mayor to sign a communications antenna <br /> site license agreement with the Snohomish County Emergency Radio <br /> System to allow placement of antennas on SERS towers In order to <br /> support the Public Safety Wireless project. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Members Gipson and Stonecipher who were excused. <br /> Motion carded. <br /> AGREEMENT AMENDED—AMBULANCE TRANSPORT BILLING <br /> SERVICES <br /> Moved by Council Member Ratios,seconded by Council Member <br /> Nielsen to authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No.1 to the <br /> professional services agreement with Systems Design Northwest, <br /> Inc.to extend the date of completion for ambulance transport billing <br /> services to December 31,2006. <br /> 97 <br />
