April 12,2008 <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Allan Gillen,Planning,gave a brief overview of previous actions regarding <br /> this item. He displayed slides of the proposed building design and <br /> discussed encroachments Into the alley and side setbacks.He stated that <br /> the developer has provided a list of building materials as requested.Staff <br /> recommends adoption of the resolution. <br /> Moved by Council Member Olson,seconded by Council Member <br /> Overstreet to adopt Resolution No.5755 authorizing the Mayor to <br /> acute an amendment to the Gab Rezone Development Agreement <br /> with revised building plans. <br /> Tracy Gilson,3430 Tulallp Avenue,spoke in opposition to the proposed <br /> mendments to the Zlab rezone development agreement He requested <br /> that the council table their vote until the downtown design guidelines are <br /> complete. <br /> Roll was called with all conal members voting yes except Council <br /> Member Gipson who voted no. <br /> Motion carded. <br /> AGREEMENT—ENVIRONMENTAL PERMITTING <br /> Moved by Council Member Nielsen,seconded by Council Member <br /> Roberts to authorize the Mayor to sign a professional services <br /> agreement with AMEC Inc.in an amount not to exceed 550,000.00 to <br /> provide biological assessment,evaluations and wetland delineations <br /> in support of environmental permitting for Public Works projects. <br /> 101 <br />
