April 12,2006 <br /> EASEMENT—MAINTENANCE OF PRIVATE DRAINAGE LINE <br /> Moved by Council Member Roberta,seconded by Council Member <br /> Nielsen to authorize the Mayor to sign an easement on property <br /> located at 1241°Street SE,east of I-5,allowing construction, <br /> operation and maintenance of a private drainage line on City of <br /> Everett property. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT—TRANSFER OF SURPLUS PROPERTY <br /> Moved by Council Member Nielsen,seconded by Council Member <br /> Hatloe to authorize the Mayor to sign an agreement with Public Utility <br /> District No.1 of Snohomish County for the transfer of surplus <br /> property and rights to the parcels of real property occupied by the <br /> Glenwood Pumping Station to the City of Everett. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> LOAN APPLICATION—CLEARWELL NO,2 <br /> Moved by Council Member Overstreet,seconded by Council Member <br /> Nielsen to authorize the Mayor to sign a 2008 Drinking Water State <br /> Revolving Fund Loan Application with the Washington State <br /> Department of Health for an amount of$3,030,000.00 for construction <br /> of a second Ove million gallon clearwell at the Everett Water <br /> Filtration Plant. <br /> 103 <br />
