May3,2000 <br /> DEED AMENDED-HOUSING HOPE/CENTURY VILLAGE <br /> Moved by Council Member Nielsen,seconded by Council Member <br /> Overstreet to authorize the Mayor to sign an amendment to the deed <br /> of trust for Housing Hope's Century Village changing the legal <br /> description to allow rehabilitation of existing as well as provide <br /> additional low income family rental housing units. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENTS-OWNER OCCUPIED HOUSING REHABILITATION <br /> Moved by Council Member Olson,seconded by Council Member <br /> Roberts to authorize the Mayor to sign Everett Community Housing <br /> Improvement Program (CHIP) contracts with Cascade Bank <br /> ($250,000),Coastal Community Bank($100,000),and Frontier Bank <br /> ($100,000) to provide loans for owner occupied housing <br /> rehabilitation ata preferred rate and terms. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENTS-INVESTMENT REHABILITATION <br /> Moved by Council Member Roberts,seconded by Council Member <br /> Nielsen to authorize the Mayor to sign Everett Community Housing <br /> Improvement Program (CHIP) contracts with Cascade Bank <br /> ($250,000),Coastal Community Bank($100,000),and Frontier Bank <br /> ($100,000)to provide loans for qualified Investment rehabilitation for <br /> housing ata preferred rate and terms. <br /> 125 <br />
