May 19,2006 <br /> AGREEMENT AMENDED—RESIDUALS SALES <br /> Moved by Council Member Nielsen,seconded by Council Member <br /> Olson to authorize the Mayor to sign Change Order No.1 to the <br /> residuals sales agreement!n the amount of$36,000.00 with Sedes <br /> Seven Inc.,dba Evergreen On-site,for loading operations. <br /> Council Member Olson questioned why the additional expense should be <br /> the Coy of Everett's responsibility. <br /> Moved by Council Member Overstreet,seconded by Council Member <br /> Nielsen to table this Item. <br /> Roll w called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Member Hatloe who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> PUBLIC HEARING—FARE CHANGE PROPOSAL/EVERETT TRANSIT <br /> SERVICES <br /> President Stonecipher opened a public hearing regarding a fare change <br /> proposal for Everett Transit services. <br /> Paul Kaftanaki,Transportation Services,gave a brief overview of the <br /> proposed fare changes for fixed route bus service and paratransit service. <br /> He stated that staff will take all of the public comments made tonight, <br /> review them and decide whether or nota modification is necessary to the <br /> proposal. <br /> Steffan'Lillie,Transportation Services,discussed the public outreach <br /> process and summarized the public comments that were received.23 <br /> President Stonecipher invited public comment. <br /> 103 <br />
