May 24,2006 <br /> EASEMENT—ACCESS/LAKE CHAPLAIN ROAD AND DIVERSION DAM <br /> ROAD <br /> Moved by Council Member Nielsen,seconded by Council Member <br /> Hatloe to authorize the Mayor to sign an easement with Timothy <br /> Mooney to use the Lake Chaplain Road and the Diversion Dam Road <br /> to access his property near Lake Chaplain. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Member Gipson who was excused. <br /> Motion carded. <br /> AGREEMENT—SOUTH LIBRARY RENOVATION <br /> Moved by Council Member Roberts,seconded by Council Member <br /> Overstreet to authorize the Mayor to sign a professional services <br /> agreement with Dykeman in the amount of$5,130.00 for the South <br /> Library Renovation project <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Member Gipson who was excused. <br /> Motion cooled. <br /> RESOLUTION—SURPLUS PROPERTY <br /> Moved by Council Member Hatlue,seconded by Council Member <br /> Nielsen to adopt Resolution No.5772 declaring the City-owned <br /> property located at the northwest comer of Pacific and Cedar as <br /> surplus to the City of Everett's existing and foreseeable needs and <br /> provide a notice of Intent to sell.' <br /> "This motion reflects inclusion of updated materials. <br /> 149 <br />
