May 31,2006 <br /> The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to order at 8:30 <br /> a.m.,May 31,2006,in the City Council Chambers of the Everett City Hall, <br /> President Stonecipher presiding. Upon roll call it was found that Mayor <br /> Stephansun and Council Members Roberts,Olson,Hagoe,Gipson, <br /> Nielsen,Stonecipher,and Overstreet were present. <br /> Mayor Stephenson led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> The minutes of the May 24,2008 City Council meeting were approved as <br /> printed.Council Member Gipson abstained from the vote. <br /> MAYOR <br /> PROCLAMATION <br /> Mayor Stephenson proclaimed June 3,2008 as"Public Works Day.°He <br /> presented the proclamation to Jim Miller,Utilities. <br /> COUNCIL <br /> Council Member Roberts stated that he attended Memorial Day services <br /> at Naval Station Everett Ile reported on his attendance at the Puget <br /> Sound Clean Air Agency Board and a Snohomish County Tomorrow <br /> meeting.He remarked that,due to an Association of Washington Cities' <br /> Resolution Committee meeting next week,he will not be in attendance at <br /> the City Council meeting. <br />• <br /> CONSENT ITEMS: <br /> Moved by Council Member Gipson,seconded by Council Member <br /> Nielsen to approve the following consent agenda items: <br /> 152 <br />
