June 21.2006 <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Members Roberts,Nielsen,and Overstreet who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT—COMBINED SEWER OVERFLOW FACILITIES <br /> Moved by Council Member Olson,seconded by Council Member <br /> Hagoe to authorize the Mayor to sign an interlocal agreement with <br /> the Port of Everett for the replacement of two combined sewer <br /> overflow pipelines at the North Marina. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> MemberGipson who voted no and Council Members Roberts,Nielsen, <br /> and Overstreet who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT—EMERGENCY OPERATIONS CENTER <br /> INTEROPERABLE TECHNOLOGY <br /> Moved by Council Member Olson,seconded by Council Member <br /> Hattoe to authorize the Mayor to sign an Intel-local agreement with <br /> the Snohomish County Department of Emergency Management,the <br /> Snohomish County Public Utilities District,the City of Monroe,and <br /> the Emergency Services Coordinating Agency to accept and <br /> administer funds,not to exceed$250,000.00,as awarded through the <br /> State Emergency Management Preparedness Assistance Grant <br /> program for the proposed county-wide emergency operations center <br /> interoperable technology project. <br /> 78 <br />
