July 12,2006 <br /> The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to order at <br /> 8:30 a.m.,July 12,2006 in the City Council Chambers of the Everett City <br /> Hall,Vice President Olson presiding. Upon roll call it was found that <br /> Mayor Stephenson;Council Members Roberts,Olson,Hatoe,Gipson, <br /> Nielsen,and Overstreet were present.Council Member Stonecipher was <br /> excused. <br /> Council Member Ratios led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> The minutes of the July 5,2006 Everett City Council meeting were <br /> approved as printed.Council Member Ha0ce abstained from the vote. <br /> MAYOR <br /> COUNCIL OF NEIGHBORHOODS REPRESENTATIVES <br /> Mayor Stephenson requested the City Council's concurrence regarding <br /> the appointment of the currently elected representatives from each <br /> neighborhood for the Council of Neighborhoods. <br /> Wendy McClure,Office of Neighborhoods,announced the names of the <br /> currently elected representatives from each neighborhood. <br /> Moved by Council Member Nielsen,seconded by Council Member <br /> Overstreet to concur with the appointments of representatives from <br /> each neighborhood to the Council of Neighborhoods as follows: <br /> Bayside-Mary Wagonblasl and Aileen Langhans;Boulevard Bluffs— <br /> Billie King and Steve Ahern;Cascade View—John Williams,Michael <br /> Trujillo and Alternate,Jayson Geveshausen;Delta—Cleone Pratt and <br /> George Deane; Everett Mall South— a;Evergreen—Tina <br /> Hokanson and Don Meyer;Glacier View—Christina Aho;Harborview- <br /> Seahurst-Glenhaven—Grant Hopper;Holly—Kathy Anderson;Lowell <br /> —Mane Phillips,Julie'Thompson end Alternate,Carolyn DaLambert; <br /> Northwest—Bryan Olsen and Holly Gibson;Pinehurst—Bessie <br /> Harrison and Stephanie German';Port Gardner—Tracy Gilson, <br /> Charlene Rawson and Alternate,Wanda SmithJeter;Riverside— <br /> Ritch Carbaugh and Alternate,Jo Brodersen;Silver Lake—AI <br /> 19 <br />
