• <br /> August 2,2006 <br /> The regular meeting of the Everett City Coundl was called to order at 8:30 <br /> a.m.,August 2,2006,In the City Council Chambers of the Everett City <br /> Hall,President Stonecipher presiding. Upon roll call it was found that <br /> Mayor Stephenson and Coundl Members Roberts,Olson,Hatloe,Gipson, <br /> Nielsen,Stonecipher,and Overstreet were present. <br /> Mayor Stephenson led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> The minutes of the July 26,2006 City Council meeting and the July 26, <br /> 2006 council retreat were approved as printed. <br /> MAYOR <br /> Mayor Stephenson stated that he attended nine neighborhood National <br /> Night Out Against Crime events last night. <br /> NOISE REGULATIONS <br /> Jeff Dodd,Safety,gave a brief presentation regarding the City of Everetds <br /> noise regulations for the downtown area in response to Gary Hatleys <br /> concerns of June 14,2006. <br /> COUNCIL <br /> Coundl Members Overstreet thanked all those involved in the National <br /> Night Out Against Crime event. <br /> Council Members Gipson and Nielsen reported on their attendance at the <br /> National Night Out Against Crime event. <br /> Coundl Member Gipson reported on his attendance at the 14°Annual <br /> Nubian Jam. <br /> Council President Stonecipher requested the City Council's concurrence <br /> with the appointments to the pro committee for the charter review. <br /> 239 <br />
