September 27.2006 <br /> BID AWARD—ANNUAL SUPPLY OF ASPHALT <br /> Moved by Council Member Overstreet,seconded by Council Member <br /> Nielsen that the contract for an annual supply of asphalt be awarded <br /> to the lowest responsive bidder,Rinker Materials,based upon their <br /> unit prices bid extended for an estimated total of$236,909.81 <br /> including Washington State sales tax,and a secondary award to <br /> Wilder Construction Company and Lakeside Industries based upon <br /> their unit prices bid as received at the bid opening held at 2 p.m., <br /> August 22,2006. <br /> Roll wascalled with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> MembeNielsen who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT AMENDED-2006 HISTORIC PRESERVATION GRANT <br /> Moved by Council Member Nielsen,seconded by Council Member <br /> Overstreet to authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment A to the 2006 <br /> Historic Preservation Grant agreement with the Washington State <br /> Department of Archaeology and Historic Preservation to extend the <br /> grant comple0on date to September 30,2007. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Member Olson who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT-2060 HOUSING TRUST FUND <br /> Moved by Council Member Overstreet,seconded by Council Member <br /> Nielsen to authorize the Mayor to sign two 2060 Housing Trust Fund <br /> agreements,and other necessary closing documents as approved by <br /> 301 <br />
