October 11,2006 <br /> and Council President Stonecipher toured the High Point Project in West <br /> Seattle.a redevelopment of public housing which incorporates green <br /> development and sustainable building standards. <br /> Council Member Hatloe brought forth an interlocal agreement with the <br /> Washington State Department of Fah and Wildlife. <br /> AGREEMENT—SMITH ISLAND/UNION SLOUGH <br /> RESTORATION <br /> Moved by Council Member Hatloe,seconded by Council Member <br /> Overstreet to authorize are Mayor to sign an interlocal agreement <br /> with the Washington State Department of Fish and Wildlife to receive <br /> 5215,000.00 for the Smith Island/Union Slough Restoration project. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Member Gipson who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Council Member Stonecipher reported that she toured the Water Pollution <br /> Control Facility. <br /> CITY ATTORNEY <br /> City Attorney Johnston requested aneecutive se regarding a <br /> litigation matter and a real estate matter.The session Is expected to last <br /> approximately one hour with no anticipated announcement to follow. <br /> CITIZEN COMMENTS <br /> Michael Wright.11525 195 Avenue SE,spoke regarding a sidewalk <br /> emergency exit for the Silver Lake Childcare Center. <br /> 311 <br />
