November 22,2006 <br /> $1,017,492.28 for the period of November 4,2006 through November <br /> 9,2006. <br /> BID CALL—GRAND AVENUE PARK RENOVATION <br /> To authorize a call for bids for the Grand Avenue Park Renovation <br /> project <br /> BID CALL—FOREST PARK SPRAY POOL <br /> To authorize a call for bids for the Forest Park Splay Pool. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> The City Council meeting recessed for an Industrial Development <br /> Corporation meeting and reconvened. <br /> RESOLUTION—GOLF GREEN FEES <br /> Council President Stonecipher stated that she will be exercising her <br /> Chairs prerogative and will not entertain any amendments to the <br /> proposed pricing package.It will be an up or down vote.If the resolution <br /> fails.Council will ask Park staff to go back and look at another package <br /> which will then be brought before the Budget Committee. <br /> Moved by Council Member Roberts,seconded by Council Member <br /> Nielsen to adopt Resolution No.5837 approving nog green fees for <br /> the City of Everett municipal golf courses,Walter E.Hall and Legion <br /> Memorial,directing the deposit of admission tax to the revenue <br /> account of the Golf Fund,and superseding Resolution No.5628. <br /> 366 <br />
