December 8.2008 <br /> GRANT—DIESEL RETROFIT <br /> Moved by Council Member Roberts,seconded by Council Member <br /> Olson to authorize the Mayor to sign a grant with the State of <br /> Washington Department of Ecology for an amount not to exceed <br /> $64,500.00 to retrofit 72 diesel driven vehicles with diesel oxidation <br /> catalysts and crankcase emissions control systems. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Members Hatioe,Gipson and Overstreet who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT—HOME AND AFFORDABLE HOUSING TRUST FUNDS <br /> 2080 <br /> Moved by Council Member Nielsen,seconded by Council Member <br /> Olson to authorize the Mayor to sign a HOME and Affordable <br /> Housing Trust Funds 2060 contract with the Everett Housing <br /> Authority for an amount of$298,176.92 to help acquire an eight-unit <br /> apartment complex located at 1222 E.Gibson Road. <br /> Roll was celled with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Members Hadoe,Gipson.and Overstreet who were excused. <br /> Motion canted. <br /> AGREEMENT IN-SERVICE POLICE TRAINING <br /> Moved by Council Member Olson,seconded by Council Member <br /> Nielsen to authorize the Mayor to sign an interlocal agreement with <br /> Snohomish County and the cities located within Snohomish,King <br /> and Skagit Counties for In-service police training. <br /> 384 <br />
