December 20,2006 <br /> JOB COMPLETE-41m STREET OVERCROSSING— <br /> STRUCTURES <br /> To accept the 41.Street Overcrossing—Structures project as <br /> complete and authorize the Mayor to sign a certificate of completion <br /> which will begin the 00-day retention period prior to the release of <br /> the retainage bond in the amount of$415,000.00 to the general <br /> contractor,Wilder Construction Company. <br /> STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS—NORTH END COMBINED <br /> SEWER OVERFLOW CONTROL FACILITIES <br /> To authorize advertisement for statements of qualification from <br /> qualified consultants for the design of the North End Combined <br /> Sewer Overflow Control Facilities located at Bond Street. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Members Gipson end Overstreet who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT—HYDRODYNAMIC MODELING <br /> Moved by Council Member Hatloe,seconded by Council Member <br /> Nielsen to authorize the Mayor to eign an Interlocal agreement with <br /> the Tulalip Tribes and Snohomish County for hydrodynamic <br /> modeling of the Snohomish River Estuary committing Everett to <br /> provide$25,000.00 to the project. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Members Gipson and Overstreet who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> 409 <br />
