February 7,2007 <br /> The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to order at 8:30 <br /> a.m.,February 7,2007 in the City Council Chambers of the Everett City <br /> Hall,President Stonecipher presiding. Upon roll call it was found that <br /> Mayor Stephenson,Council Members Roberts,Olson,Gipson,Nielsen, <br /> Stonecipher and Overstreet were present. Council Member Hatice was <br /> excused. <br /> Council Member Roberts led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> The minutes of the January 31,2007 Everett City Council meeting were <br /> approved as printed. <br /> COUNCIL <br /> Council Member Gipson reported that he attended a conference regarding <br /> public private partnerships in Santa Monica which was very Informative. <br /> CITY ATTORNEY <br /> Ned Johnston,City AttOmey,requested an executive session regarding <br /> one litigation matter,one real estate matter and one personnel matter to <br /> last thirty minutes with no announcement to follow. <br /> CONSENT ITEM <br /> Moved by Council Member Gipson,seconded by Council Member <br /> Nielsen to approve the following consent items: <br /> RESOLUTION.CLAIMS <br /> To adopt Resolution No.5863 acknowledging the payment of audited <br /> and approved claims against the City of Everett in the amount of <br /> $1,799,102.71 for the period of January 20,2007 through January 26, <br /> 2007. <br /> 39 <br />
