February 7,2007 <br /> BID AWARD—FOREST PARK SPRAY POOL <br /> Moved by Council Member Olson,seconded by Council Member <br /> Nielsen that the contract for the Forest Park Spray Pool project be <br /> awarded to Rau Construction,Inc.,nellingham,WA,based upon <br /> their proposal and unit bid of unit prices extended for the estimated <br /> total of$359,500.00 plus Washington State Sales Tax as received at <br /> the bid opening held at 2:00 p.m.,January 9,2007. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Member Retloe who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> RESOLUTION—NAMES POLICY <br /> Moved by Council Member Gipson,seconded by Council Member <br /> Roberts to adopt Resolution No.5665 establishing policy on place <br /> names and name changes fora given building,street,facility,place <br /> or natural feature within the city limits or owned by the city of <br /> Everett. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Member Hatloe who was excused. <br /> Motion carded. <br /> COUNCIL BILL NO 0701-03 <br /> SECOND READING: <br /> AN ORDINANCE creating a special improvement project entitled <br /> 'Silver Lake Trail Phase 1',Fund 354,Program 034,to accumulate <br /> all costs for the Improvement project <br /> 42 <br />
