• <br /> I <br /> February 14.2007 <br /> PUBLIC HEARING—COUNCIL BILL NO.0701-05 <br /> President Stonecipher opened a public hearing regarding Council Bill No. <br /> 0701-05 amending the zoning code regulations and local project <br /> procedures regulations for accessory buildings for residential use. <br /> Gerry Ervine,Planning.defined accessory buildings and gave an overview <br /> of the proposed ordinance.Council members asked various questions <br /> and voiced some concerns.
