• <br /> March 14,2007 <br /> AGREEMENT-RIVERFRONT <br /> Moved by Council Member Roberts,seconded by Council Member <br /> Olson to authorize the Mayor to execute a professional services <br /> agreement between the City of Everett and Heartland,L.L.C., <br /> regarding the Riverfront project. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Member Gipson who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> PUBLIC HEARING—COUNCIL BILL NO.0703-12 <br /> President Stonecipher opened a public hearing regarding Council Bill No. <br /> 0703-12.a proposed ordinance amending the 2005 Growth Management <br /> Comprehensive Plan for the City of Everett,documenting and revising <br /> population and employment capacities within the city limits and <br /> incorporating Snohomish Counhjs capacities and targets for the <br /> unincorporated urban growth area. <br /> Dave Koenig,Planning,stated that the city council members have been <br /> provided with a handout suggesting same minor revisions to the proposed <br /> ordinance as well as a background information packet.The revisions are <br /> as follows:(1)Title of Ordinance—AN ORDINANCE amending Exhibit-0 <br /> to Ordinance No.2021-94. including subsequent amendment�a <br /> mended by Ordinance No.285505:and(2)Section 1:Approval-- <br /> (amending Section 1 of Ordinance No.2021-94,including subsequent <br /> amendments.as further amended by Ordinance No.2855-05. <br /> Council Member Overstreet brought forth a concern regarding the <br /> comparison of employment and growth numbers that are forthcoming <br /> from the Puget Sound Regional Council and the City's employment and <br /> growth numbers. <br /> Allan Gillen indicated the numbers are for different time frames and a <br /> comparison has not been done but the City will be responding to the <br /> PSRC's revised draft of the Vision 2020 020 Update. <br /> 88 <br />
