March 14,2007 <br /> BID CALL—2007 PAVEMENT MARKING <br /> To authorize a call for bids for the 2007 Pavement Marking project. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Member Gipson who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> RESOLUTION—VACATION <br /> Moved by Council Member Olson,seconded by Council Member <br /> Roberts to adopt Resolution No.5878 accepting the petition and <br /> setting the public hearing date of April 11,2007 at 100 a.m.in the <br /> Everett City Council Chambers located at 3002 Wetmore Avenue,for <br /> the proposed vacation of the southern portion of the alley In Block <br /> 623,located south of Everett Avenue,north of California Street,east <br /> of Rucker Avenue,west of Hoyt Avenue,Plat of Everett. <br /> Roll was called with eIi council members voting yes except Council <br /> Member Gipson who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT—CBD TRAFFIC FLOW EVALUATION <br /> Moved by Council Member Roberts,seconded by Council Member <br /> Nielsen to authorize the Mayor to sign a professional services <br /> agreement with Perfect Incorporated to evaluate arterial traffic flow <br /> in the Central Business District on Rucker Avenue,Hoyt,California, <br /> and the linkage between Rucker Avenue and West Marine View <br /> Drive. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Member Gipson who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> 86 <br />
