March 21,2007 <br /> The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to order at 6:30 <br /> p.m.,March 21,2007 in the City Council Chambers of the Everett City <br /> Hall,President Stonecipher presiding. Upon roll call It was found that <br /> Mayor Stephenson and Council Members Roberts,Olson,Hatloe,Gipson. <br /> Nielsen,Stonecipher and Overstreet were present. <br /> Mayor Stephenson led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> The minutes of the March 14,2007 City Council meeting were approved <br /> as printed.Coun dl Member Gipson abstained from the vote. <br /> COUNCIL <br /> Council Member Roberts stated that he had the honor of welcoming the <br /> Seattle Master Builder's Build Green Conference on behalf of the Mayor <br /> and Council.
