The proposed vacation <br /> contains an area of approximately 5,400 square feet and in the B-3 <br /> Central Business Once zone.The Everett Elks Lodge and Skotdal Real <br /> Estate are the petitioners.They are seeking the proposed vacation as an <br /> integral pad of the plan to redevelop the entire block south of the library. <br /> A full report has been prepared by city staff and recommends that the <br /> proposed alley vacation should be approved subject to a couple of <br /> conditions:1)the city to retain a temporary utility easement over the alley <br /> until the utilities have been fully relocated at which time the easements will <br /> 117 <br />
