• <br /> April 18,2007 <br /> PUBLIC HEARING—LETTELIER HOUSE <br /> President Stonecipher opened a public hearing regarding a^roposed <br /> resolution placing the Lettelier House at 2510 Baker Avenue on the <br /> Everett Register of Historic Places. <br /> President Stonecipher invited public comment <br /> Steve Fox,current homeowner.presented slides of the LeBelier House <br /> and gave a brief history of the homes original owners and the era in <br /> which it was built <br /> Moved by Council Member Nielsen,seconded by Council Member <br /> Overstreet to close the public hearing. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Members Hatloe and Gipson who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> RESOLUTION—LETTELIER HOUSE <br /> Moved by Council Member Nielsen,seconded by Council Member <br /> Overstreet to adopt Resolution No.5891 placing the Lettelier House <br /> at 2510 Baker Avenue on the Everett Register of Historic Places. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> • <br /> Members Relict and Gipson who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br />• <br /> 12] <br />
