April 25,2007 <br />• Council Members Nielsen,Gipson,Hatloe,and Olson congratulated all <br /> those involved in bringing a branch campus to Snohomish County. <br /> Council Member Olson introduced a proposed resolution in support of the <br /> integrated roads and transit plan which will be presented to the voters in <br /> the fall. <br /> RESOLUTION—INTEGRATED ROADS/TRANSIT PLAN <br /> Moved by Council Member Olson,seconded by Council Member <br /> Roberts to adopt Resolution No.5882 in supped of the integrated <br /> roads and transit plan developed by the Regional Transportation <br /> District and Sound Transit. <br /> Roll was <br /> called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> MemberOverstreet who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Council President Stonecipher stated that agenda item no.16,to <br /> authorize the Mayor to sign a general engineering and consulting <br /> management agreement for Warfront Development—Coil Projects with <br /> Perteet Engineering,has been pulled from today's agenda. <br /> CITY ATTORNEY <br /> City Attorney Johnston requested an executive session regarding two real <br /> estate matters.The session is expected to last approximately 15 minutes <br /> with no anticipated announcement to follow. <br /> CONSENT ITEMS <br /> Moved by Council Member Gipson,seconded by Council Member <br /> Nielsen to approve the following consent items: <br /> 131 <br />
