May 2,2007 <br /> Council Member Nielsen explained that a protection device is in place for <br /> the city. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br />• Motion carried. <br /> BID AWARD—CASINO WATER TANK PROJECT <br /> Moved by Council Member Nielsen,seconded by Council Member <br /> Hatloe that the contract for the Casino Water Tank Project be <br /> awarded to the lowest responsive bidder,Landmark Structures <br /> Management,Inc.,Fort Worth,TX,based upon their unit prices <br /> extended far an estimated total of$14,278,053.59 as received at the <br /> bid opening held at 2 p.m.,April 10,2001. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AMENDMENT—PUBLIC WORKS TRUST FUND LOAN <br /> Moved by Council Member Roberts,seconded by Council Member <br /> Overstreet to authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No.1 to the <br /> Public Works Trust Fund Loan Agreement jPW.05E91-PW P-209). <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> BID AWARD—WPCF NORTH OUTFALL PROTECTION STRUCTURE <br /> Moved by Council Member Nielsen,seconded by Council Member <br /> Overstreet that the contract for the Water Pollution Control Facility <br /> North Outfall Protection Structure be awarded to the lowest <br /> 144 <br />
