The sessionexpected to lastapproximately 15 <br /> minutes with no anticipated announcement to follow. <br /> CITIZEN COMMENTS <br /> Alan Miller,2609 Rucker,gave an update on the"265 and Rucker blight" <br /> He stated that the Bayside Neighborhood has 36 Level 2 and Level 3 sex <br /> offenders living In their neighborhood. He expressed concern regarding <br /> the Salvation Anes meal program and the vagrants that it draws to the <br /> premises. <br /> Mayor Stephenson stated that City staff met late this afternoon to discuss <br /> Mese issues. <br /> CAA Iles,Administration,stated that City Administration met with the <br /> Police Department,Code Compliance,Captain Libby of the Salvation <br /> Army and the owners of Wilson's. He gave a brief cerview of what <br /> activities have already occurred to alleviate the problems and what is <br /> being proposed for the future. <br /> GUESTS <br /> Council Member Gipson arrived and introduced several members of the <br /> National League of Cities Finance Administration and Intergovernmental <br /> Relations Steering Committee who are in Everett to attend a conference. <br /> 165 <br />
