May23,2007 <br /> • <br /> LEASE AGREEMENT—PUGET SOUND INTERAGENCY <br /> COMMUNICATIONS CENTER <br /> Moved by Council Member Nielsen,seconded by Council Member <br /> Roberts to authorize the Mayor to sign a 5 year lease agreement with <br /> Puget Sound Interagency Communications Center. <br /> Roll w called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Member Halloe who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> LEASE AGREEMENT—USDA FOREST SERVICE <br /> Moved by Council Member Olson,seconded by Council Member <br /> Gipson to authorize the Mayor to sign a 10 year lease agreement with <br /> the United States Department of Agriculture Forest Service. <br /> Council Member Nielsen commented that the city was the only responder <br /> to a request for proposal and the opinion of an appraiser was sought to <br /> ensure a reasonable market rate. The Real Estate Committee <br /> recommends approval of this agreement. <br /> Roll was <br /> called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> MemberHalloe who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING—ALLIED LAW <br /> ENFORCEMENT RESPONSE TEAM <br /> Moved by Council Member Olson,sec onded by Council Member <br /> Gipson to authorize the Mayor tosign a Memorandum of <br /> Understanding between the law enforcement agencies of Snohomish <br /> County for the Allied Law Enforcement Response Team(ALERT). <br /> 175 <br />
