May 30,2007 <br /> Thai regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to order at 8:30 <br /> a.m.,May 30,2007,In the City Council Chambers of the Everett City Halt, <br /> President Stonecipher presiding. Upon mil call it was found that Mayor <br /> Stephenson and Council Members Roberts,Gipson, Nielsen,and <br /> Stonecipher were present. Council Members Olson,Hatloe and <br /> Overstreet were excused. <br /> Council Member Roberts led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> The minutes of the May 23,2007 City Council meeting were approved as <br /> printed. <br /> MAYOR <br /> OATHS—POLICE OFFICERS <br /> Moved by Council Member Gipson,seconded by Council Member <br /> Roberts to concur with the appointments of Steve Harney and Jeffrey <br /> Bates as new police officers. <br /> Roll was called wah <br /> l council members <br /> Members Olson,Hatloe land Overstreet who werenex ng useds.xcept Council <br /> Motion carried. <br /> The Deputy City Cleric administered their oaths of office and Mayor <br /> Stephenson presented them with their badges. <br /> COUNCIL <br /> Council Member Nielsen introduced a time sensitive agreement allowing <br /> access to Burlington Northern Santa Fe property located at 2731 36 <br /> Street to investigate environmental conditions. <br /> 178 <br />
