May 30,2007 <br /> Thai regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to order at 8:30 <br /> a.m.,May 30,2007,In the City Council Chambers of the Everett City Halt, <br /> President Stonecipher presiding. Upon mil call it was found that Mayor <br /> Stephenson and Council Members Roberts,Gipson, Nielsen,and <br /> Stonecipher were present.
