June 20,2007 <br /> The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to order at 6:30 <br /> p.m..June 20.2007 in the City Council Chambers of the Everett City Hall, <br /> President Stonecipher presiding Upon roll call It was found that Mayor <br /> Stephenson and Council Members Robads,Olson,Hatloe,Nielsen, <br /> Stonecipher,and Overstreet were present.Council Member Gipson was <br /> excused. <br /> Council Member Overstreet led the Pledge of ddlegiance. <br /> The minutes of the June 13,2007 City Council meeting were approved as <br /> printed.Council Member Overstreet abstained from the vote. <br /> MAYOR <br /> Mayor Stephenson stated that he was happy to be back and thanked <br /> everyone for their well wishes and help while he was gone. <br /> COUNCIL <br /> Council Member Robeds stated that he attended an Association of <br /> Washington Cities'Conference last week and made a presentation on the <br /> stonnwater NPOES Phase 2. <br /> Council Member Overstreet remarked that he was glad to be back. <br /> CITY ATTORNEY <br /> City Attorney Johnston requested an executive session regarding a real <br /> estate matter end a personnel matter.The session is expected to last <br /> approximately 30 minutes with no anticipated announcement to follow. <br /> CITIZEN COMMENTS <br /> Emily Hawkins.2109 Gmnnd,stated that she and he.husband have lived <br /> at this residence for six years and that they have been broken Into twice <br /> 197 <br />
