July 5,2007 <br /> Per Council Member Roberta'request regarding the number of projects on <br /> this plan that would be Impacted by the RTID proposal,Mr.Jones <br /> addressed the following projects relative to Interstates:I5/Downtown <br /> Everett Interchange Access Improvements(Everett Avenue, Hewitt <br /> Avenue.US 2.and Pacific Avenue)-$30 million(RT1D);1-5I100n Street <br /> SE HOV AccesslUndersrossing-$71 million(RTID);NB Everett Mall <br /> Way/SB 1-5 Onramp;and 1-5/128r'Street Interchange-$171 million <br /> (RTID). <br /> Council Member Stonecipher had questions regarding the Midtown Transit <br /> Center. Richard Tarry responded that it is a place holder In order to <br /> obtain federal funding. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Members Halloo and Gipson who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT AMENDED—SNOHOMISH RIVERFRONT <br /> REDEVELOPMENT/RAIL LINE RELOCATION <br /> Moved by Council Member Olson,seconded by Council Member <br /> Overstreet to authorize the Mayor to execute Amendment No,t to the <br /> Snohomish Riverfront Redevelopment (Rail Line Relocation) <br /> Agreement with the State of Washington Department of <br /> Transportation related to the purchase and relocation of Burlington <br /> Northern Sante Fe rail road tracks at the Riverfront. <br /> Roll was celled with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Members Hagoe end Gipson who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> 222 <br />
