July 11,2007 <br /> RESOLUTION-SURPLUS <br /> Moved by Council Member Nielsen,seconded by Council Member <br /> Roberts to adopt Resolution No.5919 declaring listed vehicles and <br /> equipment to be surplus and authorize sale at a public auction to be <br /> conducted by James G.Murphy,Auctioneers. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Members Hatloe and Stonecipher who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT AMENDED_41n'STREET OVERCROSSING <br /> Moved by Council Member Roberts,seconded by Council Member <br /> Overstreet to authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No.18 to the <br /> professional services agreement with HDR Engineering,Inc.to <br /> extend the completion date for engineering services for the 41°' <br /> Street Overcrossing Project. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Members Natl.and Stonecipher who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING—EVERETT COMMUNITY <br /> COLLEGE <br /> Moved by Council Member Nielsen,seconded by Council Member <br /> Overstreet to approve the Memorandum of Understanding with <br /> Everett Community College regarding the planning,development and <br /> cooperative use of athletic and recreation programs,services, <br /> facilities and personnel. <br /> 229 <br />
