July 11,2007
PUBLIC HEARING—COUNCIL BILL NO.0706-34
Vice President Olson opened a public hearing regarding Council Bill No.
0706-34 relating to permitted uses and development standards in the
Waterfront Commercial Zone and minor amendments to allowed uses in
other commercial zones.
Dave Koenig,Planning, explained that the proposed ordinance makes
amendments to the waterfront commercial zone and adds some uses to
other commercial zones within the city. The areas affected are:Port of
Everett property south of the marina, and does not include the north
marina project;the Mukilteo Tank Farm area;the Riverfront project and
iverfront area,
and future projects that want to have a waterfront
commercial zone.
