August 1,2007 <br /> AGREEMENT—EVERGREEN STATE FAIR <br /> Moved by Council Member Olson,seconded by Council Member <br /> Nielsen to authorize the Mayor or his designee to sign a fixed rate <br /> booth license agreement with Snohomish County Evergreen State <br /> Fair regarding use of space at the Evergreen State Fair,August 29— <br /> September 3,2007,far police recruiting and information distribution. <br /> Deputy Police Chief Burke disclosed that this agreement also includes a <br /> hold harmless. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Members Roberts and Overstreet who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT—MULTIFAMILY TAX EXEMPTION <br /> Moved by Council Member Rados,seconded by Council Member <br /> Olson to authorize the Mayor to sign the Multifamily Tax Exemption <br /> Agreement between Skotdal Real Estate and the City of Everett <br /> concerning a limited tax exemption for the Library Place Project <br /> located at 2731 Rucker Avenue including a friendly amendment <br /> changing the name from Skokie!Real Estate to Library Residences <br /> LLC. <br /> Dave Tyier,Planning requested that the applicant name be changed horn <br /> Skotdal Real Estate to LibaryResidences LLC. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Members Roberts and Overstreet who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> 272 <br />
