August 22,2007 <br /> CITY ATTORNEY <br /> Ned Johnston,City Attorney,requested an executive session at the <br /> conclusion of the council meeting regarding.°real estate matters to last <br /> approximately 45 minutes with no announcement to follow. <br /> SETIZEN COMMENTS <br /> Dolores Sweum-Hastey,430 Wetmore,stated that she is opposed to the <br /> short plat proposal for 431 Alvemon Boulevani.She stated that there is <br /> no alleyway between her property and the proposed short plat.The plan <br /> will cram a second house at 431 Alverson which will devalue her <br /> property. <br /> Allan Gillen,Planning,stated that the short plat application is in the review <br /> prorass and will meet city standards. <br /> CONSENT ITEMS <br /> Moved by Council Member Gipson,seconded by Council Member <br /> Nielsen to approve the following consent items: <br /> RESOLUTION-CLAIMS <br /> To adopt Resolution No.5931 acknowledging the payment of audited <br /> and approved claims against the City of Everett in the amount of <br /> $1,934,655.25 for the period of August 4,2007 through August 10, <br /> 2007. <br /> RESOLUTION-PAYROLL <br /> To adopt Resolution No.5932 acknowledging the payment of audited <br /> and approved payroll claims against the City of Everett In the amount <br /> of$3,107,962.88 for the period ending August 4,2007. <br /> 288 <br />
